Inspiration

We wanted to make the world a better place by giving patients control over their own data and allow easy and intelligent access of patient data.

What it does

We have built an intelligent medical record solution where we provide insights on reports saved in the application and also make the personal identifiable information anonymous before saving it in our database.

How we built it

We have used Amazon Textract Service as OCR to extract text information from images. Then we use the AWS Medical Comprehend Service to redact(Mask) sensitive information(PII) before using Groq API to extract inferences that explain the medical document to the user in the layman language. We have used React, Node.js, Express, DynamoDB, and Amazon S3 to implement our project.

We were able to fulfill most of our objectives in this brief period of time.We also got to talk to a lot of interesting people and were able to bring our project to completion despite a team member not showing up.We also got to learn about a lot of cool stuff that companies like Groq, Intel, Hume, and You.com are working on and we had fun talking to everyone.
