Pneumonia Detection with Machine Learning

An App that uses X-ray scans to identify whether a user has Pneumonia or not. It works by the user inputting the chest X-ray file, with machine learning to detect Pneumonia.

Even though my friend's brother had had pneumonia since 2023, he was just recently diagnosed with it. The doctors weren't able to properly detect it, so treatment took longer time. With this program, people can detect Pneumonia with a single file upload with high precision.

We were having trouble training the models and creating the judging system since different models had different requirements. After coding this project, we learnt how to make a convolutional neural network model.

It uses 2 different datasets and models to allow the user to have a more accurate result due to there being multiple models.

Moving forward, we could add more models to this detection system to better train it.
