Inspiration

We were creating zines for our future selfs when we are depressed and feeling low because of PMS.

What it does

Promotes self-care through supporting care products and brands from small businesses, and tying it with philanthropy.

How I built it

HTML, CSS, React

Challenges I ran into

• Not enough time to implement more functionalities (scraping charity rating websites, etc.)

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

• Prototype 'crate' we put together
• Protoyping the app in React in less than 2 hours
• Illustrations and art we mocked-up

What I learned

• We still have a lot of research to do (business model, products, etc.)

What's next for PMS Crate

• Get the functionalities 100% working
• Put together a How to Chose a Reputable Charity Guide
• Create a Platform for self-care resources and centers
• Look into how to actually start a subscription crate business
