Problem
The basic problem which we choose was to make “PMKVY Dynamic Training Calendar App”. The reason behind choosing this problem was that we felt that this will solve the basic and the foremost problem of India i.e “Unemployment” as many students are not aware of these “governmental yojanas” which are launched for their betterment only and which can make them employable and feed them their bread & butter.
Approach
We basically approached to this problem by building an app(for both employer & student) which will resolve the problem of manually going to different training centers and collecting the information of the required courses.
The app will provide students with all the details(like start date, duration, available seats, center details where course will run, location of center on map, etc.) of the courses running near to his/her location in whichever respective sector/role he/she wants to enroll in.
For employers the app will show the no. of students registered in the courses, no. of certified students in respective courses. And also they can create jobs for the certified students according to their requirements and can give feedback of the training centers.
A web portal is also designed for the Training Centers to edit the details of their respective centers and also in that they can manage students batch, etc. New training centers which wants to get added has to fill the registration form in this web portal only.
