Inspiration

Current job search processes are broken and still feel like 1994. There exist millions of opportunities and millions of candidates but the match making takes huge toll, time consuming and still the output is nowhere close to what can be in an ideal AI enabled world.

What it does

Powered by Salesforce AgentForce, 'SAForce Jobs' acts as an intelligent assistant that helps candidates discover the right opportunities available on job portals - guiding them to roles that truly fit their skills, preferences and aspirations.

How I built it?

I reimagined job search ecosystem.
Learnt the basics of salesforce agentforce agents.
Build relevant topics , jobs database, routing configuration, relavant flow & actions & finally connected the dots.

Challenges I ran into

Learning the basics of Salesforce Agentforce Agents as an outsider of the salesforce ecosystem.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Connect the dots from various aspects of life to be able to reimagine the job search ecosystem.

What I learned

I learnt the super powers of the agentforce and experienced the possibilities of how it can change the way humanity leads it's way for the next generations from here.

What's next for 'SAForce Jobs'

After a quick validation from the judging community and a little support from the leadership, the system can be live for real world testing for ideal match making for a select group of the job seekers across the digital universe. From there, Slowly, the job providers will also have to change the way they find talent accordingly with the AI enabled humanity.
