Pluto

Inspiration

Everyone is a student. No matter their race, age, location or gender we all have learned something in the past. We were inspired to make the learning process easier for future students, and to be able to guide others into the right path at the same time!

What it does

Pluto will connect students with students in a supportive environment for help with any questions.

How we built it

Pluto was carefully programmed in python by students! We used many urban technologies, like IDE's, UI designers, and special fonts.

Challenges we ran into

This was our first time using some extremely advanced front-end design libraries. Luckily, with some Youtube resources, we were able to accomplish a functional and powerful application.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We have enabled students from all over the world to communicate, discuss, and be encouraged to lead and learn in a better way!

What we learned

In the process of making Pluto, we learned how to design and implement some very powerful tools.

What's next for Pluto

Pluto will be getting some major upgrades in the future. We plan on adding support for screen sharing, a drawing board, securing our platform, advancing our point system and more!
