Pluto

The idea that I came up with is to in some way be able to make a small electronic microchip and program it to automatically block all unwanted calls such as eight hundred numbers, unknown callers, and private callers. Then design a weblink to open a website with how to directions for the microchip so that each person could either add or delete other numbers in this list of numbers being blocked. Each person will need to have have a basic account to access Pluto by creating a username, password, phone number, microchip number, and date of birth. The microchip could be installed into phones and or into main circuit boards from phone companies etc. Protection for this microchip and it's information will need to have a great security fire wall and the color for Pluto would be a shade of blue with or without any other colors.
