Playstation 5 Monitor

Inspiration

Playstation 5 consoles remain very high in demand and are usually out of stock. The Playstation 5 monitor makes much easier to monitor the availability of the consoles by automating the process

What it does

It visits each website and pulls any data relevant to the availability of the consoles. It saves this data into an excel. The app then reads in the data from the excel file and displays it in table.

How we built it

We used the uipath studio to create the automation, and the uipath apps to create the app. The orchestrator was used to run the automations unattended after each given time interval.

Challenges we ran into

Using a new software always has a bit of a learning curve, the challenge was to learn and create a working project within the given time frame.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Learning a new software and skill and creating working project is something that we can be proud of.

What we learned

We learned to use a new software and skill. We learned more about automations and the careers available in it.

What's next for Playstation 5 Monitor

We can definitely improve upon it and add more websites.
