Inspiration

Coming from a family that loves music, I've always believed in its special ability to make us feel good. For me, music is like food for the soul. Whenever I feel stressed, I turn to music to relax and unwind.

What it does

Discover your ideal playlist effortlessly with Playlist Pal. Simply choose your favorite music style and era, and PartyRock will curate a personalized playlist. Dive deeper into music history with fascinating facts and chat with the bot for any inquiries. AI also crafts genre-related images for an immersive experience.

How I built it

I used the power of GenAI every step of the way. From creating the app with PartyRock to designing images with Copilot and refining content with ChatGPT, I used the latest tools to bring Playlist Pal to life.

Challenges I ran into

I encountered challenges during the process, including inaccuracies in the genre-related images. Additionally, the recommended playlist or trivia facts would sometimes change with adjustments to the LLM model. However, overcoming these hurdles enhanced my creativity and problem-solving skills.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

What's next for Playlist Pal

I'm not done yet! In the future, I want to make Playlist Pal even better by connecting it to Amazon Prime Music so you can save your playlists. I also have some more fun features in mind to make your music experience even more awesome. Stay tuned! :)
