Ecology and human-computer interaction.

What it does

Users can interact with objects in the world (starting with a building), remove parts, and the parts touched will be transformed into its constituent elements. I.e. Log cabin -> Log -> Trees. The singular becomes the multiple.

How we built it

We modelled assets and environment in Rhino and interactions in Unity

Challenges we ran into

Designing for real-life and virtual fields in reciprocity was difficult, especially when interacting with a field of objects.

What's next for playdate

Build the re-composition interactions.
