We wanted to make game creation feel as easy and fun as scrolling TikTok. Most game engines are heavy, technical, and slow. What if anyone could describe an idea in plain English and instantly get a playable mini-game — something sharable, remixable, and fun? That’s where Playable.ai was born.

Playable.ai is a vibe-coding platform that turns prompts into mini-arcade games — instantly.

🛠️ How we built it

We used a mix of AI models and lightweight game frameworks to scaffold games from prompts.

• The prompt-to-game pipeline takes a user’s idea, generates assets (art + audio), and stitches them into a working game loop.
• We built a feed-like interface so users can scroll through playable previews and jump in with one click.
• Remix functionality lets someone fork an existing game, tweak the vibe, and ship a new version instantly.

⚡ Challenges we ran into

• Getting AI-generated code to run without constant debugging
• Making the feed snappy and playable in-browser across devices
• Balancing asset generation (art/music) so games feel unique but still lightweight
• Ensuring remixed games preserve functionality without breaking the loop
