A mobile application for students living in Utown to decide what to eat for meals

Inspiration

With the multitude of food choices available to students, we often face the challenge of deciding what to eat and typically default to the same old food options.

What it does

Our app aims to solve this issue by helping these students choose through the power of random selection! Students simply set their parameters (eg. preferences or dietary restrictions) and PlatePals will do the rest!

How we built it

We built this cross platform mobile application using Flutter Framework

Unfamiliarity with Flutter and Dart

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Learning Flutter within the span of a day (it was our team's first time using Flutter)
