Plant Disease Identification

Inspiration

There a lot of people who try farming as a hobby but they doesn't have any knowledge and facing struggle to find whether the plant has disease and how to cure it so overcome this we have built this

What it does

We have made Deep learning Model with Residual Neural Network which is based on CNN(Convolutional Neural Network) by just using a image this model finds the disease what it has

How we built it

• Data Collection - We used a dataset from kaggle for this
• Data Preprocessing - We preprossed the dataset so that we could use that for training purpose
• Model Training - We split the dataset into 80-20 and used 80 percent for training We got 98.98% accuracy
• Data Ploting - For the purpose of visualization we plotted the data
• Model Testing - We tested the model with using 20 % of the dataset
• Exporting the Model - We have exported the model so that it could be used for the other purposes

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that we could make a model out of a new concept which we learnt.

What we learned

We learned a lot of things during this hackathon like time management, team work, managing a team, working in a team and learnt a lot about ResNet.

What's next for Plant Disease Identification

Its a website which helps to make people aware of the diseases and also displaying the cure and prevention
