Solution: An AI enabled Virtual Assistant helps the consumers guiding through the stores by recognizing their disabilities. For visually disabled beauty consumers, Virtual Assistant helps them through voice assistance; for beauty consumers with speech and for consumers with hearing impairment, Virtual Assistant directs them through text conversation.
Leveraging Planogram, Virtual Assistant assist the physically disabled beauty consumers, to locate the counters of the beauty products they desire to try and purchase in the ELC store.
