Inspiration

Muntaser had the idea of the mapping system so that we could later implement prediction of where AI was going to spread

What it does

It maps where some of the Corona Virus cases are on a day to day basis to indicate overall global spread.

How I built it

we used React and mapbox.

Challenges I ran into

Not being able to utilize Deck GL for 24 hours then switching APIs

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Having both a web application as well as a mask that kills Corona Virus

What I learned

Hardware (hardware hack that was canceled during competition) and React

What's next for PlagueMap

Added prediction of where plague is going to spread
