Pizzeria Process Mining for Celonis

Inspiration

The Celonis Challenge! Data analytics and process mining techniques!

What it does

Analyses and gives you a bird's eye view of all the processes occurring in the simulation company called Pizzeria Mamma Mia.

How we built it

We went through tutorials and help materials given to us and explored the new technology and what it could do for us.

Challenges we ran into

We couldn't create an entirely new workspace since we did not figure out how to import data from the pizzeria's original workspace.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We learned entirely new concepts and entirely new technologies within a day! We also got certified after completing a foundational course on Celonis. Learning process mining turned out to be such a fun data analytics exercise! We communicated and worked well as a team despite being from completely different countries!

What we learned

We learned to thoroughly analyze data using Celonis. We also learned that Celonis really gives you a brilliant insight into the inner workings of a company and gives you a way to find weaknesses in process chains.

What's next for Pizzeria Process Mining

Addition of new analysis charts and new workspaces that will help the company grow and improve!
