Pixel Verse

What it does

The Pixel Verse is a user-drawn world where every inhabitant can replicate and clone everything in reality. The inhabitants of the universe are not bound by random numbers, and can independently determine their own identity, appearance, equipment, and assets in the universe. There are various identities and functions in the universe for residents to choose from, such as they can choose a doctor, a policeman or a businessman, etc. As a doctor, he can change the gender or appearance of residents. As a merchant, he can make glasses, masks, hats and other products for sale.

How we built it

Pixel Verse is highly self-governed and decentralized, all assets of users are on the chain and cannot be tampered with or forged. All assets are not stored in any centralized server. Only after the blockchain obtains the data, the user's blockchain identity and other information can be drawn through the open-source front-end UI components, and it is not bound to any resource link.

The Pixel Verse contract inherits all the interfaces and functions of the ERC721 standard, and all assets can be circulated in the whole chain. All items, organs, assets, etc. in the universe are tokens of the ERC721 standard, and everything in the universe has been tokenized.

Users can reconfigure themselves through contracts, and the reorganization is particularly strong. The more refined the products made by merchants, the stronger the composability of residents, the clearer and richer the universe, and the real realization of NFT fragmentation.

The Pixel Verse is divided into 5 levels, each level is an independent contract, and all assets are in the same ERC721 contract. Residents of each tier have different behaviours and styles. For example, the residents of the universe can only have functions such as running and jumping, while the insight into the other universe can play competitive games. The finer the pixels that the universe can support, the richer the universe functions. The universe is constantly socialized, and its development is getting closer and closer to the real world.

What's next for Pixel Verse

The current metaverse only supports the drawing of 20px pixels, that is, it only supports the drawing of header information, which also means that the pixel metaverse starts from scratch. Current residents can upload images of organs or objects, and algorithms generate pixel art. The merchant can generate and issue the asset corresponding to the pixel position by copying the pixel painting. Residents can purchase the asset and decide whether to allocate the asset to an on-chain identity.

The current universe initially has 10,000 original inhabitants, which are the inhabitants of the creation pixel universe. When the universe escalates into a cloud of smoke, that's when the body and limbs can be drawn. Primitive residents can choose their own occupation and gender or identity, and after a certain period of time, they can have children by matching men and women, and each child can also be paired to have their children when they become adults. The total population of the universe is 1,024,000, and no new residents will be added until the total population of the universe is reached.

The metaverse of the highest level can experience most of life in the real world. Residents can build houses and furniture in the universe through their carpentry status, and taxi drivers can quickly send residents to their destinations through their own attributes. Residents without transportation simply spend more time and effort. Residents can experience life, old age, sickness and death, wealth, beauty, ugliness, etc., to satisfy all your innermost fantasies about your ideal identity.
