Pixel Frequency Rearrangement

The name is pretty self explanatory. I have a directory of pictures with the code. The code pseudorandomly selects a picture and rearranges the pixels by the frequency of the occurences of RGB values.

What's next for Pixel Frequency Rearrangement: Maybe I'll cluster like RGB values and classify general colors by their frequency (i.e. Green vs. (5, 73, 2))
