Pivotcraft is the first fixed wing aircraft designed with no control surfaces. It alters the angle of attack of the airfoil to generate the maximum lift efficiency, providing an extremely maneuverable and efficient aircraft. This allows for maneuvers with up to 30% higher efficiency. It also changes maneuverability to be govered by aerodynamics effects rather than control deflection.

It was designed in XFLR-5 and modeled in Fusion 360. Due to material and fabrication constraints, it was fabricated with a lasercutter using foamboard for the outside surfaces and Balsa wood for the structural elements. It has four servos which rotate the wings independently and the horizontal and vertical control surface.
