Inspiration

Startups today have access to endless dashboards, analytics, and metrics — yet 95% still fail. We realized the problem wasn’t a lack of data, but a lack of strategic clarity. Founders often don’t know: Why users leave, Why growth slows, Or what is actually hurting their business? That inspired us to build Pivot - an AI-powered strategic intelligence platform that helps startups identify hidden problems before they become fatal.

What it does

Pivot analyzes: startup metrics, customer sentiment, churn, onboarding, and pricing behavior to generate: startup health scores, survival probability, trust analysis, and AI-powered strategic recommendations.

How we built it

We built Pivot using: Next.js TypeScript Tailwind CSS The platform uses AI-powered analysis to generate: startup health scores, strategic recommendations, churn insights, and future business simulations.

Challenges we ran into

Our biggest challenge was making complex startup analysis feel simple and intuitive. We also had to balance: Data+AI+Human Psychology to create insights that feel meaningful rather than just statistical.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Built an AI-powered strategic intelligence platform for startups. Combined AI, business analytics, and customer psychology into one system. Created a futuristic SaaS dashboard with real-time startup insights. Developed features like startup health scoring and future business simulations. Designed a product that solves a real problem faced by almost every startup.

What we learned

Through Pivot, we learned that startups don’t just need more data; they need better decisions. We believe the future of AI is not just automation, but helping businesses think smarter, adapt faster, and survive longer.

What's next for PIVOT

We plan to expand Pivot into a complete AI operating system for startups by adding: real-time competitor analysis, predictive growth insights, investor readiness scoring, and smarter AI-driven business recommendations.
