Inspiration

Most entrepreneurs have great ideas but struggle to communicate them clearly to investors. Writing a pitch deck takes days, costs thousands in consultants, and still might miss the mark. I built PitchPilot to democratize access to professional pitch creation — so anyone with a great idea can present it like a pro.

What it does

PitchPilot is an AI-powered business pitch generator. Just describe your business idea, and PitchPilot instantly generates the following:

• Elevator Pitch — 2-3 sentence hook
• Problem Statement — clearly defined pain point
• Solution — your value proposition
• Target Market & Size — who needs this and how big
• Business Model — how you make money
• Competitive Advantage — why you win
• Go-to-Market Strategy — how you reach customers
• Financial Projections — basic revenue forecast
• The Ask — funding needed and how it will be used
• AI Pitch Score — rates your pitch 1-100 with feedback

How I built it

Built entirely using MeDo. I described the app in natural language, and MeDo generated the complete full-stack application, including a React frontend, a Supabase database, and Gemini 2.5 Flash AI via Edge Functions for pitch generation and scoring.

Challenges I ran into

Generating pitch content that feels genuinely tailored to each business — not generic. The AI needed to understand the specific industry, market, and competitive landscape to produce truly useful pitch sections.

What I learned

The best pitches follow a proven structure. By encoding that structure into AI, anyone—from a first-time founder to a seasoned entrepreneur—can create a compelling pitch in seconds.
