We're a team of passionate students and startup enthusiasts who have always focused on perfecting our pitch decks and rehearsing our scripts, until we realized that the unpredictable Q&A sessions that follow often make or break a pitch. The anxiety of facing tough, unplanned questions inspired us to create a solution that prepares you for every moment on stage.

What It Does

Pitch Perfect transforms pitch preparation into an interactive training session. Simply upload your pitch video and let our platform do the heavy lifting:

Speech-to-Text Conversion: Every word of your presentation is accurately transcribed with Whisper.
Content Analysis: The transcript is reviewed by gpt-4o-mini, which understands your presentation and provides nuanced feedback on your content, spotting redundancies, unclear phrasing, and missed opportunities to emphasize key points.
Body Language Feedback: Leveraging OpenCV, our tool analyzes facial features such as eye contact, assigning a confidence score to your overall presentation.
Q&A Simulation: We anticipate potential tough questions, allowing you to plan ahead and be ready during the real thing.

How We Built It

We combined state-of-the-art technologies into a user-friendly web app:

Whisper: Converts pitch videos into precise transcripts.
gpt-4o-mini: Analyzes the transcript to provide actionable feedback and generate questions.
OpenCV: Processes video input to assess non-verbal cues like facial expressions and eye contact.

By integrating these tools, we’ve created a comprehensive solution that addresses both what you say and how you present it.

Challenges We Ran Into

Multimodal Synchronization: Coordinating the audio, textual, and visual data streams in real-time demanded innovative engineering solutions.
