Pitch the Planet

Inspiration

We noticed how many entrepreneurs have traveled to silicon valley to share their ideas. Most countries are not English first. We built something to break through the language barrier and be more inclusive.

What it does

It converts text and voice of the presenter to another language. This can work from and to english

How we built it

We used vercel (t3 stack), langchain, APIs (whisper, deepl, elevenlabs, OpenAI)

Challenges we ran into

some bugs but not much, most of the time we were looking for the best APIs to use.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Getting me to sound like I speak perfect French) and being able to keep the style of the pitch and changing the text

What we learned

Some new apis, work around when there are network issues for some of the services we are using.

What's next for Pitch the Planet

Get more of the functions to work and connected to the server, add it to our tool kit and continue our mission to help angel investors connect with founders around the world.
