This feature helps the support team highlight and pin important comments. Currently, one of the main challenges we face is the difficulty in identifying the most useful comment when there are a large number of replies. Team members often need to read through every comment to find the one that contains a relevant summary or complete information. By enabling pinned comments, we aim to surface and retain the most informative responses—those that provide clear summaries or comprehensive details—so they’re easily accessible without having to scroll through the entire thread.
