What it does

OpsRocket.AI leverages AI agents to deeply understand a business’s unique challenges and needs. The platform then generates a customized business plan, complete with actionable workflows, strategic recommendations, and visualized charts that outline a clear path to growth and efficiency.

How we built it

We built OpsRocket.AI using LlamaIndex and Reflex.dev. Our AI Agent Consulting Team is orchestrated by LlamaIndex Agents and Workflow. Arize Phoenix observability and evaluation tools provided an invaluable development tool that accelerated and optimized AI Agent development. ToolHouse was leveraged for generating PowerPoint summary presentations and PineCone for storing business knowledge

Challenges we ran into

Integrating AI agent orchestration and maintaining state across workflows is a major challenge. Additionally, ensuring that workflow input/output policy is followed by agents adds overheard and latency and recommendations generated were both practical and scalable for small businesses took multiple iterations.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We’re proud of successfully creating a solution that brings high-quality, McKinsey-level consulting to small businesses at an affordable price. Our AI agents’ ability to customize strategic plans for various industries and provide clear, actionable insights is something we’re particularly proud of.

What we learned

Through this process, we learned how to effectively combine AI capabilities with human business expertise to create a product that not only understands business challenges but also delivers solutions in an actionable format that’s easy for small business owners to implement.

What's next for Pinnacle Strategies Our next step is to enhance the AI's capabilities, enabling even more industry-specific insights. We’re also planning to expand the platform to include predictive analytics for future business growth and develop deeper integrations with other business tools to streamline implementation for our clients.
