Inspiration
We wanted to build a tool that developers could integrate into their applications to ensure user safety. Our main goal is to allow users to gain clarity through difficult situations (like harassment, cyberbullying, phishing, etc) and seek the appropriate resources to move forward.
What it does
Our tool allows for users to input images (ideally screenshots of text messages) and will return whether the content within the image should be considered concerning while providing possible options moving forward and resources. We also provide the option for the user to take further action via reporting the situation which can forward a report to a higher up.
How we built it
We used the Gemini API (flash 2.5)

We learned how to write effective prompts for our Gemini API and how to debug using Claude.
What's next for Pink Receipt
In the future, we want to build a database to store report records and store user information.
