Inspiration

Searching for information about medications online often leads to a frustrating maze of outdated forums, overly technical articles, and shady websites. I wanted to build a platform that makes understanding your meds simple, safe, and accessible something both tech-savvy users and everyday people can rely on. That’s why I built Pillreport.io, clean, AI-powered platform where users can explore medications, read real reviews, and even check availability in pharmacies.

What it does

Pillreport.io helps users make smarter decisions about their medications through: A searchable and simplified drug database Community-driven pill reviews and experiences AI-generated summaries and side effect analysis Pharmacy stock check feature that shows if a medication is available nearby A clean, responsive interface with light/dark mode support

How we built it

I watched the "Bolt 101: How to Become a Bolt Producer" video on Youtube. And I created a good prompt structure and system structure. I just gave the prompt, sometimes I used the "Enhance Prompt" feature for this, sometimes we developed a new feature together by doing a "discussion" with bolt.new.

Challenges we ran into

Custom Domain Challenge, Deploy Challenge (Team Slug: muhammetbakiaydin), Startup Challenge (Organization Slug: qinsfijwihxmganvxhbl)

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Designed and launched a complete medical info platform, solo Implemented working stock-check functionality that connects real data to users Built a clean UI that doesn’t overwhelm users with technical terms Created a community review system with moderation tools Optimized SEO to help users actually find the platform

What we learned

Simplifying complex information is harder than presenting it raw Clean UX can be more impactful than a feature-packed interface AI is powerful, but must be grounded in verified data sources A solo project forces you to wear every hat—and that’s where real learning happens

What's next for pillreport.io – Know Your Meds, Choose Better
