We are creating an app that ensures such vulnerable populations can still have safety and accessibility in consuming medicine through a mobile web/app that can scan pills using a camera, identify it via appearance, barcode, or name, and instantly provide digestible guidance on how to consume pills in a safe and effective manner. This includes basic information such as dosage, warnings of side effects, and potential interactions when multiples are consumed together. The most striking aspect, however, is that it can register the patients' health and take it into consideration when evaluating the best way to consume a pill.
