Inspiration

We wanted to make car insurances more innovative and flexible.

What it does

The insurance contract is directly connected to the driver's behaviour. If his driving skills are considered good an specific amount of the insurance sum is transfered back to his account. In case he drives like a maniac he's charged more. The advantage is for the insured person that he can influece the price of his insurance fee. The advantage for the insurance company is that drivers will drive more carefully and reduce the overall amount of damages. By using Blockchain Technology we asure transparency and trust.

How I built it

I just ran the "secret" pokeball shell script!

Getting Data from the sensor and deciding about the architecture!

What I learned

We learned how the Blockchain and SmartContracts work. Also we learned about the new Angular.

What's next for Pikachu

If we would have more time we would add a schem for insurance fee classification. Also we would have integrated a Middleware Server in order to inform our customers about their driving instantly without having to wait for the blockchain.
