Inspiration
We are employees of a major technology service organisation. With the lockdown in place, most of us are working from home via 3rd party connectivity solutions. During our daily activity, we sometimes face issues related to issues that require the assistance of the IT team. However with an organisation size this big and the IT team at a limited capacity, we face issues such as long wait times. We came up with this solution to reduce the wait times and also to take some workload off the IT service team
What it does
Pikachat augments the capability of any organisations IT support team by providing resolution to issues with lower criticality. This frees up the IT service team to address and resolve the most critical issues.
How we built it
The solution uses Google Dialogflow as base for it's NLP capability. With the capability to be deployed on any handheld devices the solution is available to any user on the go.
