What we are aiming to do is to provide connection to those who have been cut off. Through the use of in the air network relays, we will be able to provide a chain of communication to an area that has been cut off. Whether war, disaster, or search and rescue, our technology will be able to enable those who need connection most to get back to their loved ones.
Consider Gaza at this moment in time, the threat of cutting off access to the internet opens up the possibility for unspoken and unrealized war crimes. We need to enable people to share what is happening live before we find the remains of a city full of civilians unable to even cry out for help. Although technology like SpaceX StarLink exists, we feel everyone should be able to have access to readily deployable internet relays, at an affordable scale.
