So I wasn't sure if I would be able to bring my laptop which gave me the idea of trying to programme a hack on a raspberry pi.

First I had previously built a tablet out of a Pi-Screen and Raspberry Pi2 and had it set up with BlueJ JAVA IDE and a touch screen keyboard: I concluded, It is possible to write code... running the code is a different story as the touch screen can't do right clicks :(

also, It works for JAVA but I don't know if It would support more low-level/hardware dependent languages since the Rpi is ARM and not x86 based. Java benefits from using JVM - java virtual machine which makes the result program the same on anything running it
