Many young kids are not able to figure out the difference of letters. This will help them with speech development, and create a better skill-set of pronunciation while speaking.

Inspiration

  • My inspiration was created because I struggled when I was a kid with speaking skills. I believe this project will help younger kids become better at speaking, through PhoneticsHelper. ## What it does It splits words into different syllables, as this is really beneficial for younger kids. ## How we built it We built it using HTML, Python, and JavaScript. ## Challenges we ran into We ran into big challenges, as I could not find a dictionary, as I spent two hours figuring out words, and there certain syllables. ## Accomplishments that we're proud of I'm proud that I was able to create something, that could help younger kids in the future. ## What we learned I learned HTML and JavaScript. I don't have much experience in this, but it was really helpful to create something helpful. ## What's next for PhoneticsHelper As of right now there's no future plans.
