Inspiration Engineering and ConTech industries struggle with fragmented cost estimation, slow procurement cycles, manual Bill of Quantities (BOQ) drafting, and lack of digital plan authentication. Wakeel Mehna Pro was created as an enterprise-grade AI engine to automate structural planning, dynamic resource budgeting, and end-to-end task breakdown in seconds. What it does Dynamic Scoping & Automated BOQ Generation: Calculates technical deliverables, estimated duration, and financial distributions across structural, MEP, and architectural phases. Cryptographic Plan Signatures: Implements HMAC-SHA256 signatures to seal generated plans, preventing tampering and guaranteeing data provenance. Hybrid Database Resilience: Integrates a seamless dual-layer architecture combining Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL) for cloud operations with an auto-failover SQLite database. Real-time Team & Resource Allocation: Auto-generates specialized consultant roles, hourly rates, and timeline bounds aligned with project risk tolerance. How we built it Backend Architecture: Programmed with Python using SQLAlchemy for DB orchestration and Streamlit for the enterprise dashboard interface. AI Orchestration Engine: Integrated Google Gemini API to process engineering specifications (like C30/35 concrete, High-Yield steel, MEP parameters) into dynamic JSON schemas. Deployment & Cloud Pipeline: Containerized with Docker and hosted on Google Cloud Run with unix socket connections to Cloud SQL. Challenges we ran into Enforcing deterministic structural task breakdowns while ensuring fallback database integrity across asynchronous cloud calls required strict database pooling and exception isolation. Accomplishments that we're proud of Zero-downtime hybrid persistence layer capable of auto-switching databases during cloud outages. Real-time cryptographically signed plan generation with automated PDF, Excel, and JSON exports. What's next Adding direct BIM (Building Information Modeling) file parsing and smart contract escrow execution for project milestones.
