Inspiration
Property search and property selling run on disconnected tools. We wanted one AI solution that serves buyers and the businesses that sell to them.
What it does
Phoenix EstateEdge 360 pairs an analytics platform on AWS Marketplace (price and market forecasting, unified CRM and market data, dashboards) with Ask EstateEdge, a public AI inquiry that emails buyers matching Egypt listings within minutes.
How we built it
Built on AWS: Amazon SageMaker for predictions, Amazon QuickSight for dashboards, and multiple databases for scalable data. An AI assistant turns free-text requests into listing searches.
Challenges we ran into
Unifying CRM, competitor, pricing, and demand data, and making natural-language requests return relevant matches.
Accomplishments that we’re proud of
Forecasting models with over 92% accuracy, plus a live Marketplace listing and a live public site.
What we learned
Decisions improve when market and CRM data sit together, and buyers prefer plain-language search over long filters.

Feed Ask EstateEdge inquiries into the analytics as demand signals, and expand beyond Egypt.
