Inspiration

For the welfare of the farmers government is coming up with many resources but they are not reaching until the farmer's. so we have decided to come up with a solution to reduce the interface between the farmers and the government.

What it does

OBJECTIVE 1 : To Develop a Smart Card based Digital Platform for Automated Seed Distribution System OBJECTIVE 2 : To Identify the gaps and drawbacks in the current manual system and Overcome them in the Smart Seed Digital Platform OBJECTIVE 3 : To Automate the current Manual Subsidy Seed Distribution and also provide crop insurance settlements Our Solution is titled as “ SMART SEED “

How we built it

We are here to make primary sector as main source of income for future of our country. We are here to bring the past glory of spinal cord of our country (i.e,farmer). Imports can be reduced, by improving this sector, as well as increase in exports leads to income. The main theme of this project ,is that to make primary sector as the largest sector in the country We provide a Platform to Empower the rural youth to come up with innovative startups in the field of (1)Organic Farming (2)Quality Testing (3)Processing outlets (4)Storage units (5)Marketing & Transportation (6)Franchise. We Educate rural youth on organic farming with the help of startups and organisations like Sukrishi farm and based on their potential we assign them to various teams like Quality Assurance , operations & management , outsourcing and other works.

The Farmers can start producing their own organic seeds & Fertilizers to sell to other Farmers along with their crop product after processing at the mills which will be made available near their farm lands with the support of the teams in our Technological App. The Rural Youth are given the scope to become Entrepreneurs in this process and tie up with us to given that kind of opportunity and experience to other youth for the best awareness on Entrepreneurship.

Challenges we ran into

India is a country in which the agricultural sector has always been leading for the economy.The Rural Youth who are the Future citizens of our country are either being unemployed or moving to cities in search of livelihood leaving back the golden opportunities that they have in their own villages .We want to empower the faith in Rural Youth by bringing awareness on the Entrepreneurship opportunities that are waiting for those with burning souls in desire to do something to this Country . Entrepreneurship can overcome economic crisis, unemployment & thus increasing the labor productivity.

We understood that nothing is impossible if we start working on something that is a problem of many people in real lives

What's next for Phoenix

We are planning to take it to next level by developing the pilot project in the small villages
