PhillNet Loop is a chat-first desktop workspace that brings conversation, an IDE, CLI, files, memory, tasks, approvals, skills, browser work, and durable artifacts into one continuous environment.

This demo follows the real application using gemma4:31b-cloud through Ollama Cloud, showing how a prompt can move through a model-routed workspace into inspectable work without losing context.

For OpenAI Build Week, we made OpenAI a first-class route within the same orchestration system. The extension adds GPT-5.6 through the Responses API, hosted web search and citations, provider usage metadata, bidirectional Realtime voice over WebRTC, and supervised computer use inside an isolated browser. Computer actions are approval-gated by default, the desktop renderer never receives the saved API key back, and voice sessions use short-lived credentials.

Codex traced the existing CLI and IDE contracts, helped implement and test the provider boundary, and diagnosed the persistence, Artifact Studio, Monaco, and settings-layout defects corrected in this build.

Users can switch among OpenAI, Ollama, and PhillNet routes while retaining the same workspace, tools, memory, artifacts, and approval boundaries.

Built with Codex, OpenAI APIs, Electron, React, TypeScript, Python, WebRTC, Ollama, and Monaco Editor.

Created for OpenAI Build Week 2026.
