Inspiration
The inspiration to create this project came from our own lives as new graduates, applying to thousands of job applications. We wanted to create a simpler and quicker process to answer questions about our technical experiences.
What it does
This co-pilot is meant to take resumes, cover letters, and project descriptions to help you answer job application questions or help prepare you for your next interview.
How we built it
we followed the steps in the developer guide and learned how to implement our own custom-copilot. Adding our own spin to the project, we created a backend api that uses mongodb to insert documents and save user data. We configured our frontend with the ability to download and convert pdf files into JSON to place into our database.
Challenges we ran into
A challenge we had was working with the Azure container apps. We were on a student subscription, we had limited resources. Another challenge was figuring out how to save user information using session ID's.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We're proud of creating a fully functional frontend and backend. As well as learning how to use Azure cloud services and completing the azure cloud challenges.
