Sometimes, voice commands would not receive proper replies from Alexa and we ran into a loop.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Creating a streamlined approach for accessing and tracking information that is available for individuals of varying levels of ability. Being able extract information from 1 label/source and implement that framework to other drugs and AbbVie products.

What we learned

Empathizing is an important part of designing a solution--the tool should be built specifically for the people that can utilize it.
