Inspiration
Pharmacies need to manage medicine demand, stock levels, and expiry dates efficiently. We wanted to create a simple system that brings these important insights together and helps identify potential stockouts and expiry risks before they become problems.
What We Built
PharmaPulse AI is an interactive pharmacy inventory dashboard that combines demand forecasting, inventory monitoring, stockout risk detection, expiry risk monitoring, and AI-based recommendations in one place.
How We Built It
We built the dashboard using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The interface displays medicine categories, historical and predicted demand, inventory information, batch and expiry details, risk indicators, and recommendations.
What We Learned
Through this project, we learned how to design an interactive dashboard, organize pharmacy inventory data, present forecasting insights clearly, and connect different inventory indicators into a single user-friendly interface.
Challenges
One of our main challenges was presenting multiple types of information without making the dashboard complicated. We focused on keeping the interface simple while still providing useful information about demand, inventory, stockout risk, and expiry risk.
