PharmaMiku is a transparent, multi-agent healthcare AI designed to give children and families safe, trustworthy, and easy-to-understand medication guidance.

Today, nearly half of UK adults self-diagnose online, young people increasingly turn to TikTok for health advice, and misinformation about medicines is widespread. In this environment, black-box AI is not good enough—people need systems they can see, understand, and trust.

PharmaMiku transforms AI into a glass-box, fully observable pipeline. A specialised Input Classifier identifies intent, while a Safety Supervisor evaluates risk and activates Safe Mode for high-risk questions. A Tool Router then intelligently connects to two knowledge sources: Bedrock LLM for general reasoning and Valyu AI for verified medical facts. The Response Agent—our friendly, child-appropriate “PharmaMiku”—combines these insights into a safe, empathetic answer. A Judge Agent validates accuracy and safety before anything reaches the user.
