Pharmahacks 2022 - Phyla Challenge #2

Inspiration

We were inspired to do this challenge by our desire to learn more about machine learning.

What it does

The project predicts individuals health based on their gut microbiome bacteria sample using machine learning.

How we built it

We built this project using Python and sklearn.

Challenges we ran into

One challenge we ran into was accessing the data in a useable format in Python, and converting all the values into percentages of the total bacteria in the sample.
