Inspiration

Personal NAS systems hold our most confidential digital assets: tax returns, legal contracts, medical archives, and identity papers. While modern AI models unlock unprecedented productivity, traditional cloud solutions compromise privacy by funneling raw files into multi-tenant servers. We designed phantom-sovereign-guard to bring institutional-grade document intelligence and zero-leakage security natively onto UGREEN UGOS AI NAS.

What it Does

Operating as a native orchestration skill inside the UGREEN Uliya AI ecosystem, phantom-sovereign-guard:

  1. Scans local storage hierarchies for uncataloged private files.
  2. Performs localized content classification across sensitivity tiers without external network calls.
  3. Indexes verified document summaries into the local private knowledge vault.
  4. Employs Zero Data Retention (ZDR) memory zeroization upon task completion.

How We Built It

Built strictly against the official uliya-skill-kit v2.0 standard:

  • Declarative Skill Orchestration: Pure Markdown entry point (SKILL.md) and safety references (references/privacy-audit-protocol.md).
  • Sequential Agent Delegation: Coordinates registered system agents (file-agent, document-agent, knowledge-agent) using strict Shell-quoted instruction contracts.
  • Automated Validation: Verified via UGREEN's official check-skill.mjs test harness, achieving 100% static-pass with 0 errors and 0 warnings.

Challenges We Overcame

Balancing rigorous NAS edge memory constraints with automated document intelligence. By avoiding bloated runtime containers and utilizing UGOS's built-in agent infrastructure, our solution incurs zero additional memory overhead and respects all platform permission boundaries.

Accomplishments that We're Proud of

  • Zero-Residue Privacy Architecture: Deterministic empty-result halts and zero persistent cache.

Advancing to Round 2 on real UGREEN AI NAS hardware (iDX6011 Pro), integrating Rust microkernel vector accelerators, and releasing full multi-modal photo privacy scanning to the UGREEN SkillHub.
