PetHolyoke2017

Inspiration

We decided to film the cute pets at the petting zoo during the Hack. We wanted to make an interactive video that can be potentially used in museums or galleries and especially to show small children. They can see both the animated version and the real life version of the same animal.

What it does

It shows 3 icons of cartoon animals and when you click on each one, you see footage of the real one. You have to download the .swf file from the dropbox link to view our project.

How I built it

Using Adobe Animate.

Challenges I ran into

Challenges with Java code and file formatting and video conversion difficulties.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Being able to overcome these challenges and work with a new program we've never used before. And being able to work together with my team.

What I learned

I learned how to use Adobe Animate.

What's next for PetHolyoke2017

We will share this video with our family and friends and especially kids in our families.
