The current app used to track BOBs along their routes is old and unreliable due to not being updated in real time.

Uses the user's location to find nearest bus stops and using the user's inputted schedules to better catch BOBs along their routes during the week.

Using Cursor agents to help write the code, copilot to help understand fix issues, firebase as a database for user accounts and bus routes, and python as the backend coding to facilitate all the functionalities such as the GTRF parser.

Working with the Github requirements, parsing the data, fine tuning the graphics of the UIs and functionalities of the application.

Implementing live user locations, display accurate bus route data, utilizing firebase databases to keep track of users

How to use Cursor, manage github repositories, learn how to use databases using firebase

What's next for Pete's Ride Along - Android and IOS applications, pitch the idea to investors at OSU for an official app with premium level tools, work in coordination with Canvas for more accurate class data, implement tracking of BOBs in real time along with possible delays, and push notifications and application security.
