Inspiration
The veterinary world was already suffering from a staff shortage, hard, stressful and poorly valued work. Thus, vets are overwhelmed with non-monetizable phone and email questions. Several appointments are actually avoidable or could be drastically shortened.
What it does
We have decided to make the appointment scheduling easier for the owners while educating them. To largely automate and outsource the triage in order to offload the vets of non-value added works. Switching a time consuming cost cent to a labor free revenue stream.
How we built it
Using latest API release from both Facebook and Instagram, we built a data-based engine using Rasa to understand user request and suggest impactful decision.
Challenges we ran into
Complexity of the tooling and reduce dataset to cold start.
