Prompting the user's final rose!
What it does
You've seen flowers every day and tend to associate them with your emotions, or colors all around. Flowers are similar to humans, their color gives off their energy the way our faces do, and their names tell us a story, the same way ours do as well. The ROSE PERSONALITY TEST is meant to connect you to a rose from a humane perspective!
How we built it
At first, we utilized C++, being that we are all first years in the CS10 series. After completing the whole test's code, we realized that wouldn't work in a website, and got to work learning the basics of JavaScript and HTML overnight!
Challenges we ran into
Having to understand the logic of a personality test and the mathematics behind it was surprisingly difficult for us to grasp. However, as soon as we got the hang of how the structure works, it only went up from there.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Learning JavaScript & HTML, coding a 300+ line program, and participating in our very first HACKATHON!!
What we learned
Be MUCH more prepared for next time, and have fun along the way!
