Project Idea: Smart Purchase Planner & Executor

Concept: A user wants to buy something expensive (like a car, e-bike, etc.) but struggles with (1) when to buy it and (2) how to afford it.

We solve this by giving them different options to afford the item (e.g., save, invest, sell investments, take money from other budgets, or combine these with a timeline). Once the user approves an option, we automatically execute it (e.g., create a subaccount, edit budgets, invest for them, set spending limits).

Application Data Flow

1. Input: Link, image, or prompt of the product the user wants to buy.

• Extracts: Expenses needed, Ideal date

2. Customer Data:

• Transactions
• Current balance
• Savings, Checking, Investments
• Recurring costs/incomes

3. Decision Possibilities (can be combined):

• Today: Use existing checking, investments, savings
• Over Time: Save more, Invest more, Spend less in certain budgets

4. UI / Visualization:

• Simulations and "what-if" scenarios for each option.
• Visualizing how it will play out over time.
