People spend hours every day on repetitive tasks—scheduling meetings, replying to emails, booking travel, and managing errands. These small tasks add up, causing stress and taking time away from what truly matters. That’s why we built LifePilot, an AI that acts as a true personal assistant for your daily life.

What it does

LifePilot seamlessly manages your routine tasks so you can focus on learning, creating, or spending time with family. It handles the busy work by:

• Scheduling and rescheduling meetings automatically.
• Drafting and sending routine emails.
• Booking travel and creating detailed itineraries.
• Tracking reminders and organizing daily plans.

How We Built It: The Tech Stack

We built LifePilot using a modern, AI-driven stack designed for robust and autonomous workflows:

• Reasoning Engine: IBM Granite LLMs for advanced logical reasoning.
• Workflow Automation: The Agent Development Kit (ADK) to create autonomous agents.
• API Integrations:

  • Payments: Razorpay / UPI
  • Travel: Major booking platforms

Challenges & Learnings

Balancing full automation with essential user control was a significant challenge. Integrating multiple, disparate APIs while maintaining a seamless user experience required careful architecture. Our key learning was that productivity isn’t about adding more tools—it’s about smart delegation. We learned to let AI handle the repetitive tasks so humans can focus on uniquely creative and meaningful work.
