Inspiration

So having worked with some marketing professional, I got the chance to see how they create strategy to achieve business objectives. One important part of strategy is the OKR definition. Here, we convert the goal to a trackable objective which is SMART(Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound). Drawing inspiration from this experience, I thought of creating a tool to track the Personal goals with the same methodology !

What it does

You define your personal goal in a natural language, The tool converts that goal into an objective, defines the key results to achieve those objectives and also suggests some initiatives you can undertake in order to achieve those objectives.

How we built it

I used Kiro as my IDE for building the tool, it helped in defining structured tasks for the project completion.

Challenges we ran into

Nothing to be mentioned here, all things were taken care of by Kiro's Vibe requests :)

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Creating a tool which will help people to actually track and achieve their goals is quite satisfying !

What we learned

• Its the age of ideas.
• Look closely around yourself, be aware of your surrounding and you'll get an idea to work on !
• Clearly defining the instructions beforehand ground the LLM significantly, creating impressive results.

What's next for Personal OKRs

• More marketing related concepts incorporated into the tool. Ex SWOT analysis (yes, based on your personal details, we would identify, strength, weakness, opportunities and threats!)
• "Persona" development, (the idea is, that you can create an ideal persona which you can follow in order to achieve the goals, interesting right ? )
